Oversee all bar operations across 6 venues including the Martini Bar, craft beer lounge, and pool deck bars. Manage a team of 18 bartenders and bar servers. Drive beverage revenue targets and maintain cellar management. Train staff on mixology and upselling techniques.
Minimum 4 years bar management, preferably in premium hotel or cruise environment. WSET Level 2 or equivalent. Proven revenue management track record. STCW Basic Safety Training. Strong leadership and stock control skills.
