Responsibilities

Supervise deck ratings in all maintenance, mooring, painting, and preservation work. Plan daily work schedules, conduct safety briefings, and report to Staff Captain. Maintain inventory of deck stores.

Requirements

Bosun or Able Seaman senior certification. Minimum 8 years deck experience. Strong leadership of multi-national deck teams. STCW advanced certificates. Valid ENG1.
