Responsibilities

Staff the shore excursions and destination services desk. Advise guests on port itineraries, book tours, handle cancellations, and provide port information. Meet revenue targets per voyage.

Requirements

1ÔÇô2 years tourism, travel, or hotel experience. STCW Basic Safety Training. Fluent English. Confident with sales and guest interaction. Knowledge of Caribbean destinations is an advantage.
