Responsibilities

Lead all hotel operations aboard a 264-guest ultra-luxury expedition vessel. Oversee F&B, housekeeping, spa, guest services, and entertainment. Direct report to Captain. Manage a 280-person hotel crew.

Requirements

Degree in hotel management or equivalent. Minimum 15 years luxury hospitality experience, 5 as Hotel Director on cruise vessels. STCW management level. Exceptional guest relations and P&L management.
