Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to crew and guests across ship systems including POS, PMS, CCTV, crew Wi-Fi, and guest connectivity. Maintain helpdesk logs and escalate to shoreside IT team when needed.
Diploma or degree in IT, networking, or computer science. CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certification preferred. STCW Basic Safety Training. Patient and methodical troubleshooter.
