Responsibilities

Manage all shore excursion bookings, supervise a team of 4 shore excursion staff, liaise with port agents, handle tour disruptions, and report revenue against targets.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in tourism, travel, or cruise guest services. Strong revenue management and vendor negotiation skills. STCW Basic Safety Training. Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
