Design and deliver onboard training programmes for new joiners and in-service crew. Conduct STCW refresher training, safety drills, and department-specific service standards workshops.
STCW Instructor qualification or equivalent training and education certification. Minimum 5 years cruise or hotel operational experience. Excellent facilitation and adult learning design skills.
